Sand Buggy for Real Time
This is a custom designed sand buggy game vehicle. This is not any existing product but imagined design. This is mostly intended to be used in games but the model is high quality enough to be used also in offline CG pipelines.
- Mostly quads mesh that contains 98,168 polys and 55,649 verts. Efficient UVs that are mirrored for some of the parts to save texture space.
- Frame, cockpit and wheels have their own textures. Frame, Cockpit and wheels have 4K maps each.
- 3ds Max 2022 master file with mostly quads topology. Simple diffuse maps only.
- Unreal Engine 4.27 Project file with materials and a vehicle blueprint created. Please notice that the model is not rigged but is prepared for rigging.
- FBX file
- Unreal engine ready channel packed textures (uemaps.zip)
- PBR Metal roughness textures (pbr_maps.zip)
- Blender 3 file with materials applied for Eevee. Cycles materials will need normal maps y-inverted.
- Substance Painter master files that were used to create the materials of the model
- Marmoset Toolbag preview
Included files
Wheels, suspension struts and steering wheel have correct pivot points applied and model has a master controller. Suspension is parented to the body, and wheels are parented to the suspension. Unreal Engine 4 blueprint has also spotlights setup.
